I didn't set out to run a studio with a roster of account managers standing between you and the person who actually writes the code. I set out to build websites the way a good tradesperson builds anything: paying attention, taking responsibility, and not disappearing once the invoice is sent.
Every project starts with a real, working demo, not a mockup you have to imagine finished. You see it running before you pay anything. Then we agree on scope in writing, I build it in fixed rounds, and I hand over something you actually own.
I keep my client list small on purpose. It's the only way I can promise that the person who quotes the job is the person who ships it — and the person who ships it is the person who picks up the phone if something breaks.
