We didn't set out to run a studio with a roster of account managers standing between you and the people who actually write the code. We're a two-person studio, and we build websites the way good tradespeople build anything: paying attention, taking responsibility, and not disappearing once the invoice is sent.
Every project starts with scope we agree on in writing. A 30% deposit locks it in, then we build in fixed rounds: real, working progress you see as we go, not a mockup you have to imagine finished. On final payment, we hand over something you actually own.
We keep our client list small on purpose. It's the only way we can promise that the people who quote the job are the people who ship it, and the people who ship it are the people who pick up the phone if something breaks.
